Rob enlisted in the Army in 1998, serving 16 years with 6 RAR and 8/7 RVR, including deployments to East Timor (2000) and the Solomon Islands (2007). Rising to Corporal, he proudly calls his time as a Section Commander “the best job in the Army.”

Rob holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and has completed executive education at UC Berkeley, the Indian School of Business, and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany. His commercial experience spans senior leadership roles with Olin Corporation, Community Care Chemist, and public accounting firms, alongside nearly a decade as a Company Secretary. Rob brings a mission-driven approach to strategic leadership, combining operational discipline with financial acumen and a deep commitment to veteran wellbeing.
