Corporate Partners
Together for impact
Corporate partnerships are essential to the ongoing work of charities like Veteran Housing Australia, and these relationships are rarely one-sided. Companies that work with non-profits also benefit and in fact corporate charity partnerships that are symbiotic in nature are often the most successful.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a key component of many company’s values and operations. The world is evolving rapidly and how corporate partners engage in important social and ethical issues has become incredibly important to employers, employees, clients, and customers.
By forming a relationship with a charity and supporting them either financially or with goods, services, or volunteer work, corporate partners will benefit in countless ways; many that are measurable and as many that are intangible yet extremely powerful.

FDC
In March 2020, FDC initiated a 117.5km walk—mirroring the distance of the Kokoda Track—from Lake Hume Village (NSW) to Corryong (VIC) over four days to support veterans.
What began as a meaningful initiative has since grown into Brothers Walking for Veterans, an annual event that brings together mates, fellow veterans, and local supporters to walk for a shared cause.
The walk is now in its third year, continuing to bring together the community while raising vital funds to support veterans and their families.
