Christmas Snowflake Cookies

Ingredients

200 gms cornflour
90 gms icing sugar
10 gms vanilla
100 gms flour
200 gms of butter or vegan butter

Instructions 

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.  If the dough is too soft, place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 C or (350 F)
Shape dough into 1″ balls.  Flatten each ball with a fork.
Bake on a cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes until the bottoms lightly browned.  The cookie itself should stay pale.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool, once cooled dust with icing sugar.
